I haven't checked in with my favorite web based task manager Remember The Milk, but I plan on making amends. For starters, evidently when Gmail introduced several underling changes to their code last week, it broke Remember The Milk for Gmail (A Firefox Extention that integrates Remember the Milk into Gmail) and Bob jumped right on the problem and has worked out a fix. To take advantage of it, in Firefox, go to "Tools" then "Add-ons", and click on "Find Updates".
For more on the fix check out the Remember The Milk Blog:
Sphere: Related ContentSome of you may have experienced problems with our Remember The Milk for Gmail Firefox extension this week -- it turned out that Google made some significant coding architecture changes to Gmail, and unfortunately our extension wasn't compatible with these changes.
We know just how much many of you were missing this feature (as one forum poster said, "I feel like I'm missing a limb.") and we got Bob to work as quickly as he could to fix this (with minimal stops for banana breaks).
A new version of the extension that works with Gmail's code changes is now available. Firefox should update the extension automatically, but you can also manually tell your browser to update by going to "Tools" then "Add-ons", and clicking on "Find Updates".
Thanks for your patience while we worked on this! As always, if you experience any problems with this or any other RTM feature, please let us know.
